Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer la publication d'un article scientifique sur notre travail de prise en charge psychologique en Irak avec les victimes de violences sexuelles causées par le terrorisme. Cette initiative a été menée par l'Association Libanaise des Victimes du Terrorisme, en collaboration avec l'UNODC et le gouvernement des Pays-Bas.

L'article, publié dans une revue scientifique de renom, met en lumière les défis et les succès de notre programme de soutien psychologique auprès des survivants de violences sexuelles dans le contexte difficile de l'Irak. 


Nous remercions tous ceux qui ont contribué à la mise en place de ce programme, ainsi que les survivants qui ont eu le courage de partager leur histoire et leur expérience avec nous. 


Nous espérons que cet article aidera à sensibiliser le public à l'importance de la prise en charge psychologique des victimes du terrorisme et à renforcer l'engagement de la communauté internationale envers cette cause.

🎨🌟 Premier Atelier du Projet Liens Solides: Succès! 🌟🎨

Bonjour à tous et à toutes ! 🌈

Nous avons le plaisir de partager avec vous quelques moments forts de notre premier atelier d'art-thérapie dans le cadre du projet Liens Solides, qui a eu lieu à Bikfaya au Liban en partenariat avec AVVAT .

Cet atelier, destiné à 6 mères et leurs enfants, avait pour objectif de renforcer les liens familiaux et d'apaiser les tensions au sein des familles ayant vécu l'explosion de Beyrouth. 🤝💖

Grâce à l'art, nous avons pu créer un espace de libre expression et d'écoute, permettant à chacun de s'exprimer et de se reconnecter avec soi-même et avec les autres. 🎨🖌️

Nous tenons à remercier notre partenaire, la région Île-de-France, pour leur soutien précieux dans la réalisation de ce projet. 🇫🇷🤗

L‘ONUDC, partenaire de longue date du Mali, pour s’efforcer de renforcer la réponse de la justice pénale dans le cadre du mandat d’assistance technique de l’ONUDC et de la Stratégie intégrée pour le Sahel des Nations Unies a organisé, conjointement, du 9 au 11 mai 2023, un Atelier national, à Bamako : 
  • Le rôle des victimes dans la justice pénale en matière terroriste et le soutien aux victimes de terrorisme
L’AVT-L, représentée par Mme Odette Chesnot, a pu apporter son expertise et expérience dans le but : 
  • de discuter du rôle des victimes de terrorisme dans la réponse de la justice pénale au terrorisme au Mali et des mesures visant à renforcer la protection et la participation des victimes ;
  • d’introduire le thème du soutien aux victimes de terrorisme sous l’angle juridique, psychologique et médical ;
  • de consulter les autorités et organisations non gouvernementales nationales sur les besoins et défis rencontrés en matière de droits et d’assistance aux victimes de terrorisme, dans le contexte de la justice pénale et au-delà ;
  • de partager l’expertise nationale et internationale sur la pratique et les défis identifiés en matière de prise en charge des victimes de terrorisme.
Ce projet est unique parce qu'il couvre la reconnaissance juridique, psychologique et médical des victimes dans les cas de terrorisme, afin qu'elles puissent être des agents de changement et jouer un rôle clé dans le domaine de la prévention et de la répression des actes de nature terroriste. Le cœur des activités de l’AVT-L.

AVT-L is delivering in collaboration with the UNODC and supporting by the Netherlands Gouvernement’s a psychological sessions in Baghdad during which victims of terrorism are encouraged to verbalize their experience and emotions; paving the road towards overcoming their trauma; raising awareness on using their experience to spread a message of peace against terrorism, promoting social change and encouraging young people to stand up for peace dialogues.

With the partnership of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon and UNODC, we organised from 16th to 18th February intervention sessions with Iraqi victims in Dubai.
The activities such as meditation, group intervention and therapy with clay aimed to create a safe space for them to share their stories and to develop their capacities.

With the partnership of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon and UNODC, we organised 3 days sessions from 19th to 21st February with the Iraqi judiciary where activities and discussions aimed to raise awareness on the roles and needs of the victims, the importance of mental health innovation strategies and services and how to address and protect victims in general and in courts in particular.

L’AVT-L auprès des écoles au Liban

Novembre 2020
Soutenue par l'aide des écoles parisiennes: Saint Jean de Passy, Gerson, La Providence et Lamazou, l’Association libanaise des victimes du terrorisme a pu distribuer plus de 13 000 fournitures scolaires auprès des écoles libanaises Saint-Cœur Syoufi, Lycée Orthodoxe et Lycée Jabal Mohssen.

أقامة الجمعية اللبنانية لضحايا الإرهاب ورشة عمل بمشاركة القاضية نجاة ابو شقرا ، الوزير ‏السابق زياد بارود ، السيد علي يونس المستشار الاقليمي لمكتب الأمم المتحدة ، السيدة سعاد بكدوري الخمال ‏من المغرب ، و السيد حسن وهاب ‏من العراق بعنوان دور الضحايا في التغيير في المجتمع لبناني .

كان الحوار مع السيد علي يونس المستشار الاقليمي لمكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة (UNODC) للشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. ‏عرض أهمية دعم الامم المتحدة لجمعية ضحايا الإرهاب . ‏والعمل سويا لتحسين وضع الضحايا في مناطق الشرق الاوسط.

لقاء حواري مميز مع الوزير زياد بارود حول اهمية اقرار قانون يضع اطار لحفظ حقوق الضحايا ، غياب الدولة وقيام الجمعيات بدور الدولة في مجالات كثيرة. ضرورة تعزيز دور الجيش والقوى الامنية في العمليات الاستباقية لحفظ الامن.

جرعة دعم من القاضية نجاة ابو شقرا للضحايا من اجل المضي في مشروع قانون لحماية جميع الضحايا. قانون كامل وشامل والعمل بالتوازي على زهنية القضاء والاجهزة الامنية من اجل تطبيق القوانين.

شاركتنا السيدة سعاد بكدوري الخمال خبرتها في مسيرة طويلة من النضال في المغرب. اكدت على اصرارهم على عدم النسيان والكفاح من اجل مجتمع مغربي افضل.
من الضحايا اللبنانيين تحية تقدير للسيدة الخمال ولعملها الوطني الكبير من اجل الشباب المغربي.
هذه الشهادة اعطتنا دفع كبير للمثابرة في العمل .

السيد حسن وهاب ‏شاركنا خبرته مع قضايا ضحايا الارهاب في العراق وخاصةً المعانات الكبيرة في كل المجالات.
هناك الملايين من ضحايا الارهاب في العراق .
نضالهم يومي على كل الاصعدة.

‏صدر عن هذا المؤتمر مقررات ‏إلتزم من خلالها المشاركون بوضع خطة عمل جدية ‏مستقبلية ابرزها العمل لوضع قانون لضحايا الإرهاب في لبنان.

Commemorations - Hommages

L’Association libanaise des victimes du terrorisme est fière et honorée de participer à la journée internationale du souvenir des victimes du terrorisme, organisée par l’ONU à New York.
Chaque 21 Août aux côtés du Secrétaire Général de l’ONU et du Secrétaire général adjoint au nouveau Bureau des Nations Unies contre le terrorisme, l’AVT-L intervient pour porter la voix et les témoignages des victimes d'actes de terrorisme.

During Covid-19 online workshops

Since 2020
The AVT-L team is adapting to the situation.
The quarantine is a difficult period to many. We moved our interventions online.
As usual, 3 days of specific activities with beneficiaries that aims to develop their skills and help them cope with the current stressful challenges.
Spring 2020, we organized a workshop delivered to young victims of terrorism, where different activities were organized to help these beneficiaries to manage stress while staying at home.
الجمعية اللبنانية لضحايا الارهاب تتأقلم مع الاوضاع الراهنة.
فترة الحجر الصحي هي فترة صعبة بالنسبة للكثيرين. هذا جعلنا بقيام نشاطاتنا الإنترنت ، كالعادة ، 3 أيام من الأنشطة المختلفة مع المستفيدين التي تهدف إلى تطوير مهاراتهم ومساعدتهم على التأقلم مع اللحظات العصيبة الحالية.
في ربيع 2020 ، نظمنا ورشة عمل لضحايا الإرهاب الشباب ، حيث تم تنظيم أنشطة مختلفة لمساعدة هؤلاء المستفيدين على إدارة التوتر أثناء البقاء في المنزل.
Spring 2020
On the 9th and 10th of May we organized a training that was delivered to trainees on Leadership, communication and other life skills.
Our first session with MR. Fadi Allam on leadership skills and the leader’s characteristics. The profile of every leader who is unique in the society.
The second session on the role of the media in transmitting news and raising awareness on different social issues with Mrs. Roula Mouawad.
On the second day, the sessions explained the difference between stress and PTSD and the requirements for a suitable intervention with victims of terrorism.
At the end of the workshop, an intervention was made by Dr Nayla Chidiac.
الجمعية اللبنانية لضحايا الارهاب تتابع نشاطاتها عبر الانترنت و تقدم ورش العمل و دورات التدريبية.
في 9 و 10 ايار نظمنا تدريبًا تم توجيهه للمتدربين عن مواضيع القيادة والتواصل والمهارات الحياتية الأخرى.
جلستنا الأولى مع السيد. فادي علام عن مهارات القيادة وخصائص القائد, ما يحتاجه كل شخص لكي يصبح قائدا مميزا في المجتمع. تناولت هذه الجلسة انشطة متعددة.
الجلسة الثانية حول دور الإعلام في بث الأخبار ورفع الوعي حول القضايا الاجتماعية المختلفة مع السيدة رولا معوض.
في اليوم الثاني ، أوضحت الجلسات الفرق بين الإجهاد واضطراب ما بعد الصدمة ومتطلبات التدخل المناسب مع ضحايا الإرهاب.
وفي نهاية ورشة العمل ، قامت الدكتورة نايلة شدياق بمداخلة.

Lebanon - 14th of February, 2020
Our youth empowerment workshop took place from 14 till 16th of February, where many youth from different backgrounds gathered to share their stories and had the opportunity to develop many life skills. The workshop included group talks, walks in the nature and different activities.
عقدت ورشة عمل لتمكين الشباب من 14 إلى 16 فبراير ، حيث اجتمع العديد من الشباب من خلفيات مختلفة لتبادل التجارب وأتيحت لهم الفرصة لتطوير العديد من المهارات الحياتية. تضمنت الورشة محادثات جماعية، ومسيرات في الطبيعة وأنشطة مختلفة.
Lebanon - 8th to 10th February, 2020
Women empowerment workshop took place in Beyrouth. Eight women from different areas in Lebanon participated in different daily challenges. They had the opportunity to share their stories and to express their feelings with the clay activity.
أقيمت ورشة عمل حول تمكين المرأة في بيروت. شاركت ثماني نساء من مناطق مختلفة في لبنان في تحديات يومية مختلفة. لقد أتيحت لهم الفرصة لمشاركة قصصهم والتعبير عن مشاعرهم من خلال نشاط الطين.

Victims of terrorism took part yesterday night at the King’s Day of the Netherlands in Beirut.
We presented the results of the activities we carried out this year with the support of the Dutch Embassy, ​​in all Lebanese regions, especially in the schools of Sidon and Tripoli.

There was a discussion with guests about activities for victims of terrorism and their families.
We thank Ambassador Jan Waltmans and all the diplomatic staff for their trust and support for all humanitarian issues.

A l’occasion de la journée mondiale des victimes du terrorisme, l’Avt-l a une pensée particulière pour les victimes au Liban en Syrie et en Irak et plus généralement dans le monde entier. Nous avons eu l’honneur de participer à la cérémonie qui a eu lieu au siège de l’ONU à NY ce jour.
